Eligibility for CHEMEXCIL Registration

Eligibility for CHEMEXCIL Registration Membership (RCMC) is categorized into three types according to the council’s rules and regulations:

  1.     Ordinary Members

  2.     Registered Members

  3.     Associate Members

Ordinary Members: To qualify for this CHEMEXCIL membership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • For small-scale industries, the export credit for up to three financial years must be at least ₹210 lakh.
  • For other industries, the export credit must be at least ₹725 lakh.

Registered Members: Any organization or individual can become a registered member of the Council by applying and paying the prescribed fees.

Associate Members: Applicants can join the Council as Associate Members if they obtain an IEC certificate from the Director General of Foreign Trade for products related to the CHEMEXCIL Council.

    – Manufacturer Exporter (F.Y. Export Turnover in Rs. 0 – 10 Lacs): ₹8,500 + 18% GST

    – Large Scale Manufacturer Exporter (Zero Export Turnover): ₹17,000 + 18% GST

Renewal of CHEMEXCIL RCMC

Process of CHEMEXCIL RCMC Certification

Applicants can apply on the DGFT portal for the registration cum membership certificate of the CHEMEXCIL board.

  1.      Fill out an application form for RCMC registration and provide relevant documents  such as PAN card, GST registration certificate, and export registration certificate.
  2.     Submit the application form and documents to CHEMEXCIL.
  3.     Pay the necessary fee for RCMC registration.
  4.     Wait for CHEMEXCIL to process the application and issue the RCMC.

Note:
         Once the RCMC is issued, it must be renewed annually in order to maintain its validity.
