For Merchant Exporter and Service Providers:

  1. New RCMC Membership Fee: Rs 12,000 plus one-time admission fee of Rs 6,000 plus GST. The total fee, including GST, amounts to Rs 21,240.
  2. For New RCMC Certificate (Discounted Fee for Startup/NIL Export SMEs): Rs 6,000 plus Membership fee of Rs 1,000 plus GST. The total fee is INR 8,260.

  • For Small Scale Manufacturer:
  • Membership Cost + GST: Rs 15,000 + 18% GST
  • Total Fee: Rs 17,700

– For Medium & Large Scale:

  • Membership Cost + GST: Rs 54,000 + 18% GST
  • Total Fee: Rs 63,720

– For New Manufacturer Exporters:
